Dependable vermicelli doesn’t usually inspire great excitement. This wild rice version is toothsome and nutty enough, however, to stand up to sauces you would never have dared to pair with vermicelli before. Spice it up with a hint of curry spices for a surprising twist to Singapore noodles. Ahem, healthy Singapore noodles. (Didn’t someone say that wild rice is high in fibre and nutrition?)
Because of the higher egg content, this pasta cooks like fresh pasta: Al dente in only 2 to 3 minutes.
Ingredients: Organic durum semolina, organic wild rice flour and organic eggs.
